Non-Custodial Service: Steadfast Wallet is a non-custodial, self-custody cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. We cannot access, recover, or restore your funds.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STEADFAST WALLET, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR FUNDS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steadfast Wallet and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Application at any time. Since the Application is non-custodial, your cryptocurrency remains accessible through your seed phrase even if you uninstall the Application or we discontinue the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
